This site required a Bullet Gate system combined with a matching swing-hinged gate to provide the necessary space for large vehicles to manoeuvre efficiently. The design ensures flexibility for oversized trucks and heavy-duty operations.
The Bullet Gate can be opened first, followed by folding back the swing gate, creating an expanded turning circle for trucks. This configuration allows seamless access for large vehicles without compromising security.
PE beams are mounted at the end of the swing gate, preventing the Bullet Gate from auto-closing while the widened entrance is in use. This safety feature ensures that vehicles can pass through without risk during extended access periods.
Vehicle inductance loops are mandatory and always included in Bullet Gate systems for added safety, given the high-speed operation of the gate (1.2m/sec).
Flexible Access: Combination of Bullet Gate and hinged swing gate maximises manoeuvring space for large vehicles.
