Overview
The HyperGlide HD Heavy Duty High Speed Door is designed for ambient‑temperature exterior applications, operating at speeds of up to 1.2 m/s. It is rated to withstand wind loads of up to 120 kph at widths of up to 6500 mm, and up to 100 kph at widths of up to 7500 mm.
Built for heavy‑duty use, the HyperGlide HD features a robust door blade that resists impacts from fork‑hoists. A crash‑out system with automatic re‑location is integrated into a self‑supporting door frame.
Personnel safety is supported through a soft bottom edge, which also provides the flexibility required for effective operation of the curtain crash‑out re‑location system.
One row of vision panels is supplied as standard, with additional rows available depending on the available space.

The Hyperglide incorporates AUTO MOSSA’s patented AIRSTRIP system, designed to extend the life of the door and enhance performance. The AIRSTRIP is constructed from extruded rubber with reinforced webbing, creating separation between the door blade layers as it rolls up reducing wear, improving curtain longevity, and ensuring smooth, reliable operation at speeds of up to 2.5 m/s.

The AIRSTRIP design allows the door to be reinforced with larger and heavier wind bars, delivering unequalled wind resistance while still maintaining fast operating speeds. The durable rubber strip ensures that even large doors designed for increased wind loads continue to operate efficiently and reliably.
Automatic Knock‑Out & Self‑Re‑insertion
The built‑in crash‑out function protects both the door curtain and surrounding structure. After an impact, the door blade disengages and then automatically re‑locates itself during the next closing cycle, reducing maintenance intervention and operational downtime.
