The HYPERCHILL is built to withstand impacts from fork‑hoists, featuring a robust door blade design and a crash‑out system with automatic re‑location. This system is housed within a self‑supporting door frame.
A soft bottom edge enhances personnel safety while providing the flexibility required for effective operation of the curtain crash‑out re‑location system.

Door Blade Insulation
The insulated door blade achieves an overall U‑value of 1.7 W/m²C, making it one of the highest‑performing high‑speed chiller doors available.
Patented AIRSTRIP System
Designed to extend the operational life of the door, the patented AIRSTRIP is constructed from extruded rubber with reinforced webbing. It maintains separation between the door blade layers as the door rolls up, preventing compression of the materials. The AIRSTRIP also enables smooth door operation at speeds of up to 2.5 m/sec.
Knock‑Out Function
The HyperChill features an integrated crash‑out function that allows the door blade to disengage on impact and automatically re‑align during the next downward cycle.
